Rebekah’s Fine Dining With Character
Situated discreetly on the heights of Mellieha, Rebekah’s Restaurant is a converted
house of character that welcomes diners to an evening of fine cosy dining any time
of the year summer, spring, autumn, and winter.
During the colder months, diners are kept toasty thanks to fireplaces that crackle
merrily throughout the evening, while when the heat descends in the hotter months
diners can enjoy a relaxing evening beneath the stars, seated in the establishment’s
airy internal courtyard.
Having recently come under new management, Rebekah’s new restaurant manager, Manuel
Attard, brings 16 years’ worth of experience in catering and fine dining to the
table, while Patrick Mangion, the establishment’s lead chef, puts his vast experience
of Mediterranean cuisine to good use. Between the two of them, Rebekah’s is more
than up to the task of wowing diners with experimental cuisine infused with culinary
creativity.
Only the freshest local ingredients make it into Rebekah’s typically Mediterranean
cuisine all presented in a vast array of different chef’s specialities that keep
the restaurant’s clientele enthusiastic and always coming back for more.
Thanks to Rebekah’s excellent wine list that brings together wines from all over
the world, every dish will be excellently accompanied by a wine that will match
any given dish like a glove – accentuating even the subtlest nuances of flavour.
Great for any occastion, Rebekah’s is ideal for intimate get togethers like romantic
dinners for two, as well as larger private parties, special events, business dinners,
and small conferences thanks to its ample private dining rooms.
